  1. What beautiful images these are, very well done on all involved.
The shapes, lines and contour expressions here are what figure studies are all about.
    Bravo!

  4. Thank you, yup Eric is a master of beautiful moody lighting and capturing awesome lines...

Shirokumajapan - I think you mean was it moonlight, as opposed to were we on the moon? :-) No it wasn't moonlight it's just the name I gave the post, as to me they have that sort of look.

  8. Wow I love these. I can hardly believe it's you. I don't mean that in a bad way Holly it's just I'm so used to seeing you looking so soft and dreamy and these so such hardness, firmness, tension and muscle tone, I can see you flexing hard in each pose and it's perfect for the look. Something quite different from Eric too. The usual mastery of lighting but I haven't seen him work in these tones before and with that gorgeous shine on your skin. Well done to you both.

  12. I realy appreciate you all taking the time to write comments on these images. And yup Pix - you heard it from the man himself - no HDR! Just amazing Ericness.

Yups Martin, lots of tensing... I guess something like the 2nd pose can be photographed badly in the wrong lighting... so I'm not always inclined to pose this way. But this is what I love about working with passionate and enthusiastic photographers like Eric, they push you and pull more out of you, allow you to give more and express more, enthuse you, challenge you... it is especially free-ing when you can make any shape and not worry about folds/wrinkles etc, you can twist and stretch and tense in any which way it takes you - very rewarding.
